GoodName is operated by Advanced eLearning Solutions LLC.
By creating a GoodName account or otherwise using the GoodName service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
GoodName is an invite-only service for adults. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by harassing other users, submitting false verification information, attempting to bypass security controls, or using the service for unlawful purposes.
SMS Verification Terms
GoodName may send SMS related to phone verification, SMS opt-in confirmation, verification reminders, and account/security activity. These messages are transactional and are not marketing or promotional.
Message frequency varies based on your verification activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS may prevent you from completing phone verification or using features that require a verified phone number.
GoodName does not sell, rent, share, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Termination
GoodName may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the service.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodName is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
