GoodName

About GoodName

GoodName is a trust and access app operated by Advanced eLearning Solutions LLC. It helps people prove they are real, share trust carefully, and see patterns without exposing private details.

GoodName is not a public review site and not a gossip app. GoodName does not publish raw comments, private answers, exact counts, phone numbers, emails, birthdates, exact locations, submitter names, or private verification data.

What GoodName does

  • A GoodName Card gives public proof that a member has completed verification steps.
  • Keys let existing members invite someone new into GoodName.
  • Drops are private connection requests between two people.
  • MeetUps help members plan and confirm a real-world meeting after a Drop is accepted.
  • Takes are private structured check-ins about an experience.
  • Patterns are what GoodName shows instead of gossip or raw comments.

How GoodName uses SMS

GoodName uses SMS only to send one-time verification codes for account security and phone number verification.

GoodName does not send marketing, promotional, sales, or advertising text messages through this SMS campaign.

How users request a verification text

During onboarding or account verification, a user enters their mobile phone number on the GoodName Phone Verification screen. Before requesting a code, the user sees this disclosure:

"By requesting a code, you agree to receive a one-time GoodName verification text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. View our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms."

The user then clicks the "Send code" button. GoodName does not send an SMS message unless the user enters their phone number and clicks "Send code."
